Effective Date and Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the IntiQuest website, applications, tutoring tools, educational content, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by IntiQuest LLC ("IntiQuest," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a student, you confirm that you are the student or are authorized to act for the student. A parent or legal guardian must authorize use by a minor when required by law.
IntiQuest provides SAT preparation, diagnostic analysis, adaptive practice, AI-supported explanations, progress tracking, and access to human tutoring features. The Service supplements—not replaces—school instruction, professional educational advice, or independent judgment. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed carefully. IntiQuest does not guarantee admission, scholarships, score increases, or any particular academic result.
IntiQuest is an independent SAT preparation service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board. SAT and related marks belong to their respective owners.
Accounts, Plans, Payments, and Cancellations
ACCOUNTS, PLANS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and notify IntiQuest of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share an account outside the permitted household or organization. An adult billing owner is responsible for purchases made for a student account and for maintaining current contact and payment information.
Paid plans, included features, usage limits, renewal periods, and prices are shown at checkout or on the applicable plan page. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the account billing tools or by contacting IntiQuest before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily create a refund for a period already purchased. Any trial, promotional, coupon, refund, or prepaid-plan terms displayed at purchase also apply. Payment information is handled by third-party payment processors; IntiQuest does not store complete payment-card numbers.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; update usage limits; perform maintenance; or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service integrity
Acceptable Use, Ownership, and Legal Terms
ACCEPTABLE USE, OWNERSHIP, AND LEGAL TERMS
You may use the Service only for lawful, personal educational purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with security or operation; scrape, systematically download, republish, resell, or use Service content to train another model or competing product; share answers or credentials in a manner that enables cheating; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; harass others; or violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights. We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary.
The Service, including software, branding, curriculum structures, original questions, explanations, graphics, and site design, is owned by IntiQuest or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. IntiQuest grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the Service while your account remains authorized. You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant IntiQuest a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and analyze that material only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, IntiQuest disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, IntiQuest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or academic outcomes arising from use of the Service. These limitations do not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms prospectively; material changes will be posted or otherwise communicated as required.
