Privacy Policy
Scope and Information We Collect
Effective October 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how IntiQuest LLC ("IntiQuest," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through intiquest.com, app.intiquest.com, and related tutoring and educational services.
We may collect account and contact information; student grade level, testing goals, and SAT timeline; diagnostic answers, practice responses, guesses, timing, mastery estimates, learning plans, tutor notes, and progress history; messages, support requests, form submissions, and uploaded files; subscription, transaction, and billing-status information; and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, logs, cookies, and security events. Payment processors handle complete payment-card details; IntiQuest does not store complete card numbers.
When AI-supported features are used, prompts, question context, student responses, generated explanations, validation results, and related metadata may be processed to provide the requested feature, evaluate quality, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.
How We Use and Share Information
We use information to create and secure accounts; deliver diagnostics, adaptive practice, tutoring, progress reports, and customer support; personalize recommendations; process subscriptions; communicate service and safety notices; monitor reliability and usage; prevent fraud and misuse; improve curriculum and AI quality; and comply with law.
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, forms, communications, AI processing, payment processing, and security. These providers may include Wix, Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, and PayPal, depending on the feature used. They receive information only as needed to perform services for IntiQuest and are subject to their own terms and privacy obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Service, with a parent or account owner authorized to receive student information, during a business transaction, or with consent. We do not sell personal information. We do not use student educational data for targeted advertising.
Children, Retention, Security, and Your Rights
The Service is intended primarily for SAT learners and families and is not directed to children under 13. A child under 13 may use the Service only through an authorized parent or legal guardian and after any legally required parental consent. Parents may contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of a child’s personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without required consent.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain educational records requested by the account owner, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect security. Retention periods vary by data type. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; confirm whether we process it; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and appeal a denied privacy request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. We may need to verify identity or authority before responding. Requests may be submitted through the Contact page. Texas residents may also contact the Texas Attorney General if an appeal is denied.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when changes are made, and material changes will be communicated when required.
